1. Operator

2. Services

We operate an online gallery showcasing emerging and senior artists, fixed-price sales, traditional and Dutch auctions, and cultural events. Descriptions, images, and prices are displayed in good faith; minor variations in colour or dimensions may occur.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. We may suspend accounts for misuse or legal reasons.

4. Art sales

For fixed-price purchases:

• Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where stated; shipping and customs are specified separately when applicable
• A contract is formed when we confirm payment via Stripe
• Title passes according to agreement and applicable law upon full payment and delivery arrangements
• Works remain listed until sold; we may withdraw listings for curatorial reasons

5. Auctions

Auction-specific terms:

• Traditional auctions: bids are binding; the highest valid bid at lot close wins, subject to any reserve price
• Anti-sniping extensions may apply near lot end
• Dutch auctions: price decreases over time until a buyer accepts the current price; first valid acceptance wins
• Winners must complete payment within the stated window (typically 24 hours) via our checkout link
• We may reject bids in case of errors, fraud, or technical faults
• Buyer's premium, taxes, and shipping may apply as disclosed per lot

6. Events

Event registrations are subject to capacity. We may cancel or reschedule events; registered guests will be informed. Tickets or RSVPs are personal unless stated otherwise.

7. Consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU purchasing online, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, unless an exception applies. Exemptions may include custom works, live auction wins where disclosed, or goods with sealed characteristics once opened. Contact us before returning any work.

8. Liability

We are liable in accordance with mandatory law. To the extent permitted, our liability for indirect loss is excluded. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

9. Intellectual property

Artworks and images remain the property of artists or licensors. Site content may not be copied or exploited without permission.

10. Disputes

Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. EU consumers may use the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
